These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tv baji platform ("Platform") and all services available on it. The platform operates as a provider of online entertainment and betting services, with the aim of offering users in Bangladesh an orderly and secure experience.

When you create an account on tv baji, play any game, place a bet, or complete any financial transaction, you automatically enter into a legally binding agreement under these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. If a translation into any other language exists, the original English version shall be considered final and authoritative.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Language and Communication

2.1 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password or account access with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change after registration (phone number, email, etc.), please update them promptly in your account settings. tv baji will not be responsible for any disruption to services caused by outdated information.

The minimum age to participate in all casino and betting activities on tv baji is 21 (21+). In addition to declaring your age at registration, the platform may request a copy of your national identity card or passport for identity verification at any time.

Allowing minors to use this platform is strictly prohibited. If a member is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be considered void.

3.1 KYC Process

Under the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process, tv baji reserves the right to verify identity in the following situations:

• When making a significant withdrawal for the first time
• When unusual transaction patterns are detected on an account
• Before claiming any bonus or promotion

Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh can be used for deposits and withdrawals on tv baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (all methods)

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase if additional verification is required.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

Deposited funds are only accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Sending or receiving payments through a third party is prohibited. tv baji reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may place a hold on them if necessary.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

tv baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• If any evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
• tv baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Program

There are three VIP tiers for regular members: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week.

All betting and gaming activities on tv baji are governed by these Terms and the rules of the specific game or section. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, disconnection, or any other reason, the outcome of that game will be determined according to the system log.

6.1 Bet Amounts

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or market are shown in that game's interface. tv baji reserves the right to change the betting limits for any member.

6.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of sports bets depends on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet is cancelled and the stake is returned, unless a specific section's rules state otherwise.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are conducted in real time. Once a round has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. The dealer's decisions and system results are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tv baji platform. If detected, they may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud or deceptive activities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Strategically betting against your own account to meet bonus requirements (arbing)
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Unauthorised attempts to access the platform's systems
• Attempting to harass or harm other members

tv baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Failure to submit required KYC documents
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Order from a court or legal authority

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw the balance will be given before account closure; however, any active bonus wagering will be cancelled.

tv baji bears no liability in the following situations:

• If a bet or game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue
• If login details are exposed due to the user's own negligence
• If a transaction is delayed due to a failure by a third-party payment provider
• If the service is unavailable due to a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances

If a dispute arises, please notify the support team. tv baji will investigate and take appropriate action. tv baji's decision will be considered final.
